For first-time appointments, clients are asked to arrive about 10 minutes early to complete health intake forms and a brief assessment, allowing the session to begin on time and be tailored to individual needs.

At this time, payment is accepted by cash or debit card.

Payment receipts are issued electronically by email and Insurance (RMT) receipts are provided in printed form at the time of appointment for insurance claims.
